Round Robin Lead Assignment
Now admins can automate lead and other App record assignments using Round Robin rules – no custom code required. Just add the ‘Assign Record’ automation action and pick the members you want the Round Robin to use. So simple!
New "Contact Preferences" for Contacts
New customers will find a new “Contact Preferences” section in the Contact App to manage their email, text, and phone opt-out preferences. These fields will be incorporated into future FreeAgent CRM enhancements to automate the opt-out management process. For those using SendGrid, this information auto-populates from the SendGrid Email Unsubscribes list, ensuring opt-out requests are honored in sent emails.
Existing customers will see the new “Contact Preferences” section appear over the next week or so. Like any other form section, admins can hide or move it as they wish.
