New Automation Builder

Now admins can enjoy a more visual automation builder for Automations. Add automation actions at any step, and simply click on an automation action to edit it’s values. Set start and stop conditions and more.
See automation history for any app record in the system too. Just click on the “…” in the upper right of the detailed page, and select ‘Automation History.’ Wow!

Auto-associate emails with Tickets, Deals, Projects and more

Now when your email is automatically synchronized with FreeAgent, it undergoes a scanning process to identify matching IDs, allowing it to be automatically associated with relevant app records. Simply include a ticket ID, such as ‘TIC111223,’ in the email’s subject line or within the email body, and voilà, it becomes instantly visible within the corresponding ticket. Works across all your Apps, from Tickets to Deals, Projects to Invoices, Accounts and more.

Task Due Notification

Now you can give yourself or others a gentle reminder to complete tasks with Task Due Notifications.

When the time comes to complete your task, the system will send you a notification. Dismiss or even snooze the notification. And receive it not only in the web app & native mobile app, but also across all the delivery channels you want. Set them via your personal preferences.

Hey admins, works when creating Tasks from Automations too!

Viewing Emails

Now you can view emails in a big beautiful window, whether clicking into the email from Notifications, Live Feed, the Activity Timeline, or anywhere else. Quickly see and manage the email’s references to Contacts, Accounts, and more.

And if the email is sent from FreeAgent and you’ve enabled open and click tracking, you’ll see Open and Click totals as well as Last Opened and Last Clicked. Wow! 😍
