Improved Task Management

Now everyone can manage tasks like a Pro using FreeAgent’s improved Task Management. Add a todo from a Contact in just a few seconds, including setting a due date or adding helpful notes.

Add an email task along with the email template to use. Even auto-send the email at the due date and time if you want!

Just click on the email button to open the email compose window for your task. The template will pop right in. Proof and further personalize your email and send it in seconds.

Improved tasks are great for planning phone calls too! Add phone task in just a few clicks along with a phone script to refer to for your call. Click call from the task to make your call and your phone script will pop into your call window automatically.

Want to schedule SMS/Text followups too? No problem! Even add an SMS/Text task including a template to use when sending. Auto-send it at the due date and time also!

Access all your tasks for any app record (i.e. a Contact) from the Tasks panel. So easy!
